We want you to feel completely comfortable investing in your healing. In line with the Divine Positive Family Refund Policy, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our paid programmes and courses.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with a paid programme, course or membership for any reason, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of your purchase date and we will refund 100% of the amount paid. No questions asked.

After 7 days

After 7 days from the purchase date, fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time to stop the next renewal; amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded after the 7-day window.

1-on-1 sessions

You may reschedule a 1-on-1 session free of charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice on WhatsApp. Sessions missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, may be counted as used.

Free webinars, guides and challenges

Free webinars, free guides and free resources have no charge, so no refund applies.

If we cancel

If we cancel or cannot deliver a session, webinar or programme you paid for, we will offer you a new date or a full refund of the undelivered part, whichever you prefer.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp with your name, the programme and the date of payment. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery of services

All our services are delivered digitally: sessions are live online (for example on Zoom or Google Meet), and course or community access is shared by WhatsApp after payment. No physical goods are shipped. If you have paid and not received your access details within 24 hours, please message us on WhatsApp.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page and do not affect purchases made before the change.
